yay happy pastels. yay rainbows. yay hot air balloons... wait what?

student debt? hundreds of billions of dollars? I thought we were having fun here?!!



While aesthetically-speaking I really enjoy this graphic, I believe an important part of effective information design is that it uses an appropriate visual language for the information it is communicating. Somehow I'm not convinced this is quite accomplishing that.

It is obviously not complete with everything, but there are still many cool buildings.
