I am like super super late on the uptake, but I just found out
that Miranda July and Mike Mills are dating, and have been since
Mid 2005 (hopefully they still are).



I think they are the most perfect couple I have ever heard of.

Mike Mills (artist and film director [thumbsucker])was featured
in the movie Beautiful Losers that I saw a screening of last
night and he is just so awkwardly adorable, and Miranda July
(performance artist, musician, writer, actress and film director,
[Me and You and Everyone We Know]) is just awkwardly
awesome as well.

I bought this last night.

I think everyone should buy one tomorrow/asap.
It is worth not eating for a week to have enough money for it.
Seriously.

I also bought 2 canvases today. I haven't bought a canvas for my own
enjoyment (meaning outside of a school requirement) in 3 years.
I think I forget how to paint.

Also, as mentioned, I saw a screening of the documentary
Beautiful Losers last night.

Aaron Rose, the director was there to talk about it.
It was pretty decent, and fun to see (on film) the people behind
a lot of artwork that is pretty big these days. It comes out in
limited theaters this summer. I'd recommend seeing it.
